Marcos 1963
February 1963 saw the launch of Marcos's first Spyder, it was not very well received by the public and consequently hard tops were grafted onto the first Spyder bodies. This was the known as the Fastback but picked up a nickname, "the Breadvan".
Racing drivers liked the car and it was succesful in many GT events with the likes of Derek Bell at the wheel.
The events even included ice racing in Sweden.
