Terms and Conditions Donington 2016

WARNING MOTOR SPORT CAN BE DANGEROUS

DESPITE THE ORGANISERS TAKING PRECAUTIONS, ACCIDENTS CAN HAPPEN. YOU ARE ATTENDING AT YOUR OWN RISK.

No Pets Allowed

There is a 108db noise limit which all participating vehicles must adhere to. Noise meters will be in use.

All drivers and passengers must attend a drivers briefing before being allowed on track.

All drivers and passengers must complete a drivers regisration and indemnity form before being allowed on track.

Non Marcos Owners Club attendees will become Associate members of the Marcos Owners Club on payment of the entry fee. This applies only for the drivers. As an Associate member you are covered by our public indemnity insurance.

Any behaviour deemed to be dangerous by the officials will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the event.

Seat Belts if fitted, must be worn in cars on track.

Helmets - There is no requirement for helmets to be worn.

All non event vehicles, will be parked in Public designated parking area and are not allowed track time.
